Regarding the panini vending machine operated by Gang Of Pizza: The first time, the panini came out completely open, with the filling spilled all over the machine. I contacted customer service, who offered me a discount code for a refund, which I accepted, and I never heard back. Last night, the same thing happened again. This time, the machine dispensed an uncooked but still wrapped panini, and then it malfunctioned. I won't be requesting a refund this time, as I don't have months to waste on €3.50. That's the last time I'll be going there.

Avoid at all costs. When you order an Uber Eats delivery, this is what you get. Pizzas left on top of garbage cans because the driver couldn't find the address, even though we were on the phone with him explaining our location! It's a disgrace... €70 wasted.

I don't know how they arrange the pizzas in the machine, but you'll have to concentrate a little! It already happened a while ago, and I didn't say anything because it can happen, but now it's happening again. I order an "Indiana" pizza and I end up with a "Savoyarde" pizza instead. It's becoming extremely annoying (to put it politely), especially having to pay for a pizza I don't even like!
