Avoid at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would! Yet another drive-through order with missing items! We live 15 minutes away, and on our last three orders, items have been missing each time. The result: an extra round trip (30 minutes, no less!), wasted fuel, a cold meal, and the whole family waiting. On a previous occasion, the manager, as welcoming as a prison guard, offered us... an ice cream as compensation. One ice cream for six meals purchased! Tonight, not even that gesture: just a curt "to err is human" from the manager, who doesn't even acknowledge the situation and immediately turns on his heel. Considering the prices and the shrinking portions (especially the half-empty cones of fries), it's unacceptable to have such unprofessional service and a complete lack of customer service. I'd never taken the time to read reviews before, but after reading them, I see we're far from alone in this situation. You've just lost some loyal customers. Just passing trade won't last forever. Perhaps it's time to take care of your regular customers.

Very disappointed. I placed an order and received a completely cold hamburger. When I pointed it out, I got the impression they were reluctant to make it again. Instead of chatting and joking around amongst themselves, they would be better off taking proper care of their customers and ensuring they serve hot meals. Better organization and a bit more professionalism would be appreciated. The manager is about as friendly as a prison guard.

Drive-thru order. I ordered two CBO burgers instead of two Big Tasty burgers, and the steak was burnt. However, there were no errors on the bill.

I ordered a Golden Ligue 1 meal with a Big Tasty burger, fries, and a cheeseburger. To start, I ordered a cheeseburger that was swimming in ketchup, and to make matters worse, my Big Tasty sauce burned. And to top it all off, they forgot my fries. The woman told me they were coming (they never arrived; I had to ask for them at the register).

We were the first customers of the morning, so they weren't overwhelmed (but maybe not fully awake at 9:30). Our order was simple: the McMuffin Egg & Bacon. The McMuffin came with a half-broken piece of toast, so it wasn't whole. We politely asked for a new piece of toast, and well, you'd think I'd asked for something serious! They were so grumpy and unpleasant, practically begging, just for a new piece of toast. Just passing through, thankfully!

That's it! I'm right next to this McDonald's and I've lost count of the number of orders I've placed there, not to mention the number of incomplete orders... Today they refused to give me the missing items. Avoid it at all costs!

Damn, I've been going to that MacDonald for years now, always so tasty and all- Yeah, the tables aren't always clean but the food.. THE FOOD! Gosh it's so tasty! Blah blah.. The cheese ain't always melted.. IT'S OKAY, IT'S GOOD AS HELL!!

This Sunday, I ordered meals for 8 people. The order was placed at the kiosk and paid for at the register. Just to be on the safe side, we checked our order as soon as we left the restaurant. This quick check revealed that two ice creams and a drink were missing, forcing us to return to the register. Once home, we discovered cross-contamination with poppy seeds on one of the burgers, making it unsuitable due to a food allergy. In conclusion, we can say that this whole experience was sorely lacking in professionalism and care, especially for an order exceeding €120.
