Insufficient filling, large air bubbles, therefore less filling

I came yesterday, I ordered at 6 PM and we waited a very long time. We didn't get the right pizzas. It was impossible to reach you by phone, but I still ordered five pizzas.

It's crazy to announce a 20-minute wait and then make people wait 45 minutes... They tell you it's 8:30 pm, you arrive at 8:35 pm, and the pizzas aren't even ready yet!

My God... How things have changed! Years ago, the pizzas were delicious, well-presented, and the staff were competent. When the owners changed, we wanted to continue ordering from La Boîte à Pizza even though we no longer live nearby. It was a disappointment in terms of service, but the pizzas were still good. Today, I ordered four pizzas online for takeout. The service was rather cold, and the owner (or at least I assume he is) was in shorts and flip-flops in the kitchen. Okay, it's warm (22 degrees Celsius), but there are health and safety regulations to follow! I got a Dauphinoise pizza without potatoes or parsley, a Chicken Cheese pizza without honey, and a Mythic Burger pizza without ketchup! I wanted to try again, thinking that the new owners might have had a difficult start, and I would have understood, but ultimately, even after several years, nothing has changed. So, I won't be ordering from there again.
