Five people milling around behind the counter and a 20-minute wait for our order – great for a fast-food place that's anything but fast. Very disappointed.

This McDonald's is really getting out of hand, it's dirty and the waitresses are unpleasant, and I found hair in my wrap 😡😡😡 Long live Ligiene!

I ordered online through the McDonald's app and didn't receive the correct order. I then called the establishment, which quickly took care of my problem and even gave us small gifts with our second order!

Between the security guard who refused me access to the toilets even though my friend had ordered something, and the dark-haired woman who made the fries and served us WITHOUT a hairnet… all that in one day!

After placing my order at a kiosk, my receipt didn't print out; there was no paper. So I asked an employee if they could reprint it. The manager came over and said, "No, but do you really need it?" (Excuse me, ma'am, for wanting my receipt.) I replied yes, and nonchalantly, she printed it for me. I thanked her, but she left looking annoyed. The order arrived after a good 15 minutes, but some items were missing (well, I'm glad I asked for my receipt). I then went to ask another employee if they could correct the order, and he, also looking annoyed, went to speak to this charming manager, who then handed him the complete order. Therefore, I'm not asking for a good evening or an apology, but a goodbye as you left your establishment, rather than turning your back on me, would have been more professional.
