Mike's Flambée offers fast food with homemade products: fresh fries, generous homemade hamburger buns, and wood-fired pizzas. The Camembert burger is one of their specialties. With a perfectly runny Normandy Camembert, it's a very fitting choice for a local spot. Fries are not greasy. Cooked well, not burnt. Good value for money. This is the kind of place worth remembering when looking for an affordable restaurant near Caen. A great bonus is the parking. I ate on the terrace in the sunshine; there are six seats outside. Mike told me that you can order in advance, and he sets a time for you to pick up your order. It's well-coordinated; I didn't see a queue during the week, but be warned, it gets very busy on weekends.

I ate fish and chips. The batter on the single piece of fish was too dry, not crispy at all, and overcooked. It came with an inedible tartar sauce that tasted like mustard, all for €13.90, and the fries were very overcooked. You say the batter is crispy in your reply; I don't know if you know what crispy batter actually means... On the other hand, having tried several, I can say the pizzas are good.

Superb, generously topped pizzas! No complaints whatsoever, perfect service, everything was ready as promised. Quality ingredients for top-notch pizzas. I still need to try the fish and chips, which looks excellent! See you soon!

A wonderful discovery at "La Flambée de Mike." A warm and friendly welcome, and quick service. The pizzas are generously topped with homemade dough. A nice touch was the complimentary glass of rosé we were offered while we waited. We'll gladly return to try the rest of the menu. Thank you again for your kindness.

A carbonara pizza and a Camembert burger with homemade fries. Absolutely delicious! A very warm welcome, excellent service, and top-notch speed. And the prices are more than reasonable. I'll tell my friends; they'll love it.

Excellent experience at this establishment! €25 for two very large and generously topped pizzas! The service is quick and the welcome is very pleasant. I highly recommend it.
