I would like to commend Jordan, an employee at the Fleury-sur-Orne store, for his remarkable lack of courtesy, respect, and customer service. When I came to pick up two packs of nine baguettes, I felt that not having a bag and not having placed an order was a real problem. His attitude was particularly unpleasant and unprofessional. After discussing the matter with the Grand Frais staff, I was told that this behavior seemed to be typical of him. As a business owner, I am sincerely shocked by such a lack of consideration for customers. It is regrettable that an employee can damage the image of a business in this way.

Total disappointment at lunchtime. I bought a "tuna on a brioche bun." Inside: a little tuna and cream cheese spread haphazardly and two tiny lettuce leaves. They'd be better off not offering sandwiches at all than serving something so meager... or at least specify that customers have to fill it themselves! Avoid this place.

Very good quality, generally the staff are friendly... the bread is always fresh and the pastries are excellent... When I'm on the road I sometimes get set menus. The sandwiches are fantastic 👍

I ordered two shortcrust pastry tarts, one strawberry and one raspberry, with "Happy Mother's Day" decorations planned, and even one lemon tartlet, but unfortunately, only the lemon tartlet had the "Happy Mother's Day" message. A shame! But otherwise, they were excellent. I recommend them.

The staff is really great and very friendly. The Nordic bread is excellent, even frozen. They had really bad luck today with a power outage. At the Grand Frais checkout, a gentleman offered me a cake to avoid wasting it, which I thought was very kind! I recommend this bakery, and thank you again. See you soon!
