What a pleasant surprise! I discovered this inter-administrative restaurant that also welcomes the general public. The chef is very friendly, the food is delicious with shallots, basil, chives, and fresh parsley, lots of homemade dishes, and all at an unbeatable price. I highly recommend it if you want to eat quality food at a price that defies all competition.
