I love their chouchou cream so much 🥺🥺💕💕 like I want it EVERYDAY!! Never had a bad experience from this branch, staffs here are friendly and patient with my broken french. Please keep selling chouchou cream because it really does brighten my day when I had a bad day ❤️❤️

I used to shop at your store, or at the Carpiquet location, for a long time; I swore by you. But in the last few months, the quality has dropped so drastically! The pastries are awful; you can't taste the butter anymore, and they're smaller. I bought a kouign-amann last week, and it was awful, dry as if it were a day old—a dry kouign-amann! The bread is definitely not as good as it used to be, and the cookies are the same—not as good. And the pizzas, which used to be really good, why did they thicken the dough like that? It's not good! They used to be thin; it was just perfect. The last one I bought was slanted, one side very thick and the other thinner. My dogs devoured it! In short, I'm done with Marie Blachère. I'm going to the competition; Feuillette is much better!

The quality is second to none; the products are perfectly preserved, the taste is delicious, and the quality is equally impressive. I won't be going there again. The cashier was chatting with friends who weren't customers at the entrance while she was standing right in front of me, and as soon as she finished talking, instead of doing her job, she ignored me to serve a woman who arrived after me. I left immediately. I should have said something and taught her a little trick at the same time that would have always been useful, but it annoyed me so much that I left straight away. It's a shame, she seemed nice, but either she knows absolutely nothing about customer service, or she's new (but even then, that doesn't excuse what she did). Because even I, who don't work in retail, know that you should never ignore a customer, let alone serve people who arrive after them. So I won't be going there anymore. It's a win anyway; I think they're expensive for what they are. I didn't used to mind, since I found the service excellent. Precisely because I've never seen it before.

Firstly, it's too expensive, and secondly, I find the quality to be borderline.
