McDonald's

I came last week with my parents, my sister, my brother-in-law, and my nephews. McDonald's was a DISASTER!! I've never seen such slow service, especially when there was nobody else in the restaurant. On top of the long wait for our meals, all the fries were cold. We asked for hot fries, and the staff was very unhappy and completely unprofessional! Avoid McDonald's at all costs!!!!

I think the team didn't understand the fast-food system; waiting 20 minutes when we were the only customer was just unbearable. Plus, the order arrived cold. See you soon at Burger King!

Just a simple iced tea for €3.50, isn't there a problem with your calculations? I understand a markup, but that's the equivalent of 2/3 of a bottle in a store, don't exaggerate, even vending machines are cheaper than McDonald's.

Avoid at all costs! Inadequate staff and far too long waiting times

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the drive-thru is incredibly slow. And frankly, the person I dealt with at the drive-thru was not at all friendly. This is the second time I've encountered someone like that. Otherwise, the rest of the team was great.

I wanted to order delivery, ordering two Happy Meals with nuggets and iced tea. Imagine my surprise when I received Coca-Cola, fries, and hamburgers instead! I called McDonald's for an explanation and was met with an unpleasant and arrogant woman who had the nerve to tell me it wasn't my fault and that I had to sort it out myself. Am I supposed to fix THEIR mistake? I do not recommend this McDonald's where the employees are unpleasant, and I sincerely hope this place gets its act together because currently, the prostitutes in the back do a better job than the employees and are more polite. RUN AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S!

First visit, very nice restaurant. Clean and pleasant. Good service, only slight drawback: the fries are very salty.

Incomplete order, 4 nuggets instead of 6. The wait time is far too long for a fast food service.
