I went to Bovida earlier quite by chance and out of curiosity—not being a professional. What a magnificent store! Spotlessly clean, superbly laid out, with a thousand unexpected things for a tourist like me… I made so many discoveries. But above all, what thrilled me was the welcome. Incredible, especially in a professional store. A young woman who knew her job perfectly, available, attentive, helpful, and incredibly kind. I bought a professional product I knew nothing about; she told me all about it, gave me invaluable advice, and, believe it or not, even sent me the technical specifications online. Every time I'm back in the area, two or three times a year, I'll be sure to visit this splendid place. Well done, Madam, and well done to everyone for this beautiful store and your incredible kindness.

Magimix appliance dropped off on 06/17/25. To date, still not repaired despite the signed repair estimate agreed to in your store. Thank you for your prompt response… To be continued… 09/10/25 appliance still not available… out there somewhere???? Appalling customer service, avoid at all costs… What a waste of time.
