L'Accostage

We were served by Jérôme, a very good waiter. The meal was delicious, the salmon was excellent, and above all, we received a warm welcome with our dog.

Lunch at the Ouistreham dock. Quick service and responsive staff. Decent meal, generous and very tasty galettes and crêpes.

Poorly received...

We came for a drink but couldn't get a table where we wanted. They tried to seat us in the golf course. We didn't stay because the waiter was so insistent and refused to accommodate our request.

Superb evening with a friend in Ouistreham. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good food.

Excellent service and delicious food! A truly wonderful place. Thank you to the team for the fantastic welcome! And thank you to Amandine, our lovely waitress, for her infectious humor and for keeping us laughing throughout the entire meal.

I'm quite disappointed with our experience, especially since we're regulars at this restaurant. When we ordered, we wanted mussels and fries, but we were told they were out. So we had to choose another dish. However, when it came time for dessert, the table behind us was served mussels and fries… I really don't understand. Finally, we paid €76, whereas when we recalculated at home using the prices on the menu, we arrived at a total of €71. That's a difference of €5, and we have no idea what it was for. An explanation would have been appreciated, especially since we weren't offered a receipt. It's a real shame, because we come to this restaurant regularly and we've never encountered this kind of problem before. I hope the service will be improved for future visits.

I called on Wednesday to make a reservation for four people, which the person confirmed for noon. Upon arrival, a young woman greeted us and told me there was no reservation under my name! She then asked me if I had indeed made the reservation. Appalling! She then replied, with an unpleasant tone, "It's fine, there's room." Thank goodness! We were seated, but the waiter didn't even offer us an aperitif; we had to choose immediately. We were served quickly, the mussels were barely warm, and there were very few fries! Luckily, the waiter was friendly. There are things that need to be reviewed!

A disaster and disrespectful. The waiter was unhelpful (no hello or goodbye), and they brought us (small) mussels marinière without wine or seasoning, very dry. We were eating when the waiter asked us to change tables because a family of 10 wanted to sit behind us and they didn't have enough tables. We agreed for their sake, but it's very poor management on the part of this "brasserie"... The waiter helped us move all our plates, dishes of mussels... and even our handbags!! It's shameful to touch our personal belongings... In short, we were literally kicked out of our seats! We had a good spot near the windows, but now we're facing the sun and in the middle of other tables... We had a terrible experience. The waiter pretended to make a gesture of goodwill by deducting 10% from the bill... it's nothing compared to the extent of their disrespect and incompetence...

I ate at L’Accostage for lunch today, it was very good, the staff were smiling and very welcoming, the place was very clean, the service was fast and of good quality, there was a lot of choice, I recommend it.

Our second visit to L'Accostage, and it will be our last. You have to chase after the staff to get served, and the atmosphere among the servers is tense, and it shows. What a shame.

Having been a regular customer for years, this is the second time I've been disappointed. Nothing was right with the order, there were mistakes on the dishes. Plus, the waiter wasn't friendly. It's a shame because it's a reliable place and right near my home, but I don't think I'll be going back, especially since you can't smoke on the terrace. Furthermore, the pizza was ridiculous; it tasted like a defrosted supermarket pizza. Maybe they've changed chefs...

Nothing but positive things to say about this brasserie, a place I discovered by chance... Top-notch service, friendly staff, good quality food, and reasonable prices. Go without hesitation...

I arrived at the restaurant with my daughters, who had a great bouncy castle for them. Unfortunately, even though tables were available right in front of it so we could keep an eye on them, the waiter refused to seat us and spoke in an irritated tone. The service was poor, so we left.
