La Voile Blanche

Went in for a drink, the tables were dirty (sticky), the waitress wasn't very pleasant, and the prices were exorbitant. A poor experience.

Absolutely nothing to complain about, a perfect restaurant. The service is impeccable, the dishes and desserts are excellent and beautifully presented. The decor is very chic and the sea view is lovely. I highly recommend it!

Half a star for the service, which was pleasant. Half a star for the effort put into the presentation. My mother invited me for my birthday, and I didn't want to complain. 1) A thin but several-centimeter-long piece of clear plastic was found in the salmon tartare. 2) The "tender tuna" was hard and dry! Don't call tuna "tender" when it's overcooked! Tuna should be cooked pink!

It's beautiful and delicious. Lovely view of the beach. It's a shame the burger is so basic.

Excellent restaurant in Ouistreham! Delicious food and top-notch service! We even got to watch the fireworks from our window. Highly recommended!

Excellent place. Service and food were perfect.

Arrived this evening at 2 a.m., dressed casually for the end of the day. We ordered a crab platter. The langoustines were overcooked and completely limp. After several comments, the head waiter told us that no one was enjoying themselves that evening and offered us a digestif, the kind reserved for unhappy customers. I refused because, at €48 for the platter, I thought it was reasonable for him to offer a discount on the bill or to refill the langoustines properly. In short, as they say, clothes don't make the man, but for them, they do, even though I think I'm better off financially in my casual work clothes. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant with its pretentious and disrespectful staff. For your information, €185 for two people!

The food is always very fresh and well-prepared, the setting is magnificent with a sea view, and the waiter is attentive, efficient, and very kind!

La Voile Blanche is a magnificent restaurant, ideally located next to the mini-golf course ⛳️ and facing the sea. There's an elevator for people with reduced mobility. I absolutely had to share how much I loved this place! I had a truly perfect time. The food is simply delicious; each dish was a real treat for the taste buds. And what can I say about the atmosphere? It's so cozy and inviting; you immediately feel at ease. Thank you for your warm welcome, the very attentive service, and the lovely comfort and decor. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for an unforgettable meal! I ordered the half lobster which was far from the expected 330 grams...apart from the tail there wasn't much there...but the cooking was very good, the service too!

The menu was as varied and original as ever, however my mother ordered the foie gras as a starter and what a disappointment it was - the foie gras had gone bad and, what's more, was full of nerves that hadn't been deveined - the signature dish was still as good as ever...

We went there for lunch with friends and weren't disappointed at all. Being pregnant, I was worried I wouldn't be satisfied, especially with the appetizers. The waiter offered me an alternative to the starters initially on the menu, and I was pleasantly surprised by the burrata. I continued with half a lobster and its bisque, which was magnificent. The flavors were all there, and the bisque added the perfect finishing touch to the dish. And for dessert, I was won over by the pavlova (the first time I'd ever had one). I'm not usually a fan of meringues, but the dessert as a whole, with its fresh fruit, made for a perfect end to the meal. Our friends also enjoyed their meal from start to finish. I recommend this restaurant for a drink, lunch/dinner, or even just for a pastry.
